seems like the best way to do it is going by 2-man-lineups. according to those, units featuring Landry-Cuz played 591 minutes, scored 99.5 points per 100 possessions (below average for units with more than 500 minutes together) and gave up 108.5 points per 100 possessions (real bad. only 4 units were worse). I'd really like a closer look at the 5-man-units with those two, but those 2-man-units do support what I remember watching. uncomfortable fit offensively, a disaster on defense. there's of course the qualifier that Westphal was a real bad coach and maybe Malone can figure out a fancy way to make those two fit together, but I'm sceptical.
btw, this whole exercise has given me more perspective into how insane last year's lineups were. there was only one (one!) unit that played more than 150 minutes together and we had 250 (!!!) different lineup combinations most of which played less than 10 minutes together over the course of the season. the hell?
