My goodness, what a fine mess we Kings be.

How is it that the team plays well for 3 games and then inexplicably wallows in suckitude? I suppose we should just expect a blowout every 3 or 4 games, swallow the jagged little pill, grin and bare it, bite the bullet. What other clever expressions can you come up with?

---------------------------------------------------------------

WTF moment of the game:

Calvin Booth gets PT. That dude is awesome. Next Karl Malone right there. Okay, that's probably harsh, but I make almost no apologies. So deal with it!!!!

Man am I feeling rambunctious today.

---------------------------------------------------------------

How may I adequately sum up the feeling of my fellow Kings fans? is it disengaged? Disenfranchised? Malaize? Jaded?
Regarding our pick: dare I say blindly hopeful at times?
At the moment, this board is more entertaining than the actual Kings. That says alot about the state of our beloved franchise. Let's just hope that they can land a future all-star through the draft this go-around.

---------------------------------------------------------------

Awards:

JHA - Calvin Booth. Self Explanatory.
TDM - Steve Nash was pretty freakin' incredible. He was the closest player to earning this award.
Lw-Vc - Dare I say that Shaq is pretty weak against Hawes? Or Hawes plays well against Shaq? Shaq should retire now, simply because he is eligible for this award.
RA&1 - I always have difficulty finding the correct recipient for this award. The games are just way too ugly.I'll leave this one to you guys.

---------------------------------------------------------------

The next game on our plate is Golden State: this will be fun, I can hardly wait! unfortunately, Kevin Martin will probably sit this one out, so the score will probably go something like this:

Predictions:

Golden State 135 Kings 120

Hawes 27 pts Ellis 38 pts
Thompson 16 rbds Biedrins 13 rbds
Udrih 7 Asst Ellis 6 asst

---------------------------------------------------------------

If for some ungodly reason Martin plays, we will not be remaining true to our ability to add things to the book of Sherman. As prolific tankers, this team must make an art form out of the practice.Something we have seen in the last 5 games, exciting wosses everywhere, except for what we saw against phoenix.

Methinks Randolph will have another beastly game before fouling out.

JT should eat the Warriors alive as he always does.

Natt will forget all about Hawes cause he's an idiot.

^That is correct.

I always felt the TDM should go to a player who is largely unknown/role player but still accomplishes to demolish us. Players like Joel Pryzbilla and Zaza Pachulia. Thus, I believe Dudley overwhelmingly won this award.

By theory, a two time league MVP should not win the TDM. It is supposed to go to a player who normally isn't very good but plays very well against the kings ie: any scrub.

but you do what you want.

Box score doesn't lie. He's the only guy who posted anything remotely deserving. unless I missed somebody.

Kinda silly that it has to be a 2 time mvp though, now that you mention it.

Yeah, Dudley would have probably got my vote. Azebuike probably will be tearing us up and take this next one.

Dudley, a career average of 5 ppg, triples that amount scores 15 against us. A season average of 3 rpg, doubles that amount and grabs 6 rebounds. I guess the only other thing you can say about him is that he actually played better in the game they lost. Not to argue for or against this nobody. Carry on. :)

It is getting to be a little rediculous how often JT gets his shot rejected. And I am talking about good, clean blocks. He isn't drawing any contact.

is hawes alright?

He was sitting on the bench during the second half (or at least the end of it) and didn't have anything over the eye, so I think he will be fine. While I am not a doctor, I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night. ;)
