Gavin Maloof Selling Home After Selling Sacramento Kings

If I remember correctly, there is some bad blood in Vegas for them too, seems like they may be running out of Vegas much like they did in Sacramento.

Don't worry, the Maloofs will always find open arms to greet them in Virginia Beach! ...right?

So they ARE broke.

They gotta be getting close to broke. I was a the Wynn in Vegas not long ago, and a blackjack dealer told us that the Maloofs are there all the time - in a private high roller area.

Only a matter of time before their luck runs out all the rest of the way.

They ought to go to Rick Harrison's pawn shop with that house for sale.

Cory "so... what do you want to do with it?"

Gavin "think I want to sell it".

Cory "so.. what are you looking to get out of it?"

Gavin "twelve million".

Cory "ummmm ain't gonna happen".

Thanks for the laugh, I almost sprayed water on my laptop.

Did Gavin and Joe both sell their close to each other mansions in North Natomas recently? If so, I don't recall it being reported with any kind of big pub and certainly neither was in this Vegas class.

The only news snippet that came out about their Sacramento homes was a tweet that said Gavin had given the chandelier from his entryway to his chauffeur.

Very good.

The pool is absolutely beautiful, great looking bar and I'd love to have that much space to dedicate to a home theater instead of cannibalizing the basement, but ick to the overall interior design which seems devoid of personality. Probably just had a hotel person design it.

Its a nice pool. I remember Gavin's house was used for one of Lil Wayne's videos back then

Looking at Adrienne Maloof's mansion that sold recently for $26 million, it makes me wonder if these rich people really feel comfortable in their home.

Check out the furniture... it just doesn't look comfortable. All for show.

Though I have to say, the custom Kings bunk beds for the kids look pretty sweet.

Makes you think, how much money does the family still have. I know her husband is a plastic surgeon, but thats a heck of a mansion.

Ya, that place is awful. Most true mansions are not places I would ever want to live.

BARF.

Plenty of people with mansions do contemporary, modern or a mix of both. The Royal French look is just... who the hell knows. To me it shows horrible taste, but the stuff ain't cheap and I guess you gotta spend your money somehow.

How about on the team and coaching staff? ;)

Hmm...we know that they won't sell to anyone local, because the "house is not for sale." Maybe someone from Seattle can meet with them secretly to buy the house before anyone else knows it's available.

Old Man: Not only NO... but HELL NO!

Adrienne's house is just god-awful. Gavin's is just as bland and impersonal as a chain hotel room. Altho, I do know a realtor would tell them to get rid of personal items, like family pictures, if there were any. I wouldn't want to live in a home furnished like either one. Pretty much prime examples of ostentatious consumerism.

The furniture is UGLY!

:) To be honest, no one would likely lust after my house, either, but for very different reasons.
I am balancing newfound minimalist sensibilities with my desire for nice things. Modern and contemporary nice things with clean lines and no frilly bits.

Oh and lots of color.
