Sacramento Kings point guard De’Aaron Fox has sold his custom-built estate in Folsom for just over $1.7 million, the highest selling price in the city in 15 years, according to Keller Williams real estate firm. Kelly Pleasant of Keller Williams Sacramento Real Estate listed the mansion in the Broadstone neighborhood for $1.7 million on July 10, 2020. After reviewing multiple offers, the property went into contract just four days later, a Keller Willaims representative said.
