[Game] Game 77: Kings v. Timberwolves, 4/7/15 - 7pdt, 10edt

I'm expecting a new tweet in a few minutes listing additional personnel on our side that are suddenly unavailable.

We used to use a circuit switching matrix in Main Comm, that we called a "Coke Machine." I think pictures of it might be classified, though.

OUT tonight for T-Wolves: Anthony Bennett Gorgui Dieng Kevin Garnett Shabazz Muhammad Gary Neal Nikola Pekovic Ricky Rubio

Seriously? That's 7 from a roster potential of 15 leaves 8. Wow. I dud hear that the Timberwolves signed a nameless soul to a 10 day contract and asked permission to have the Kings medical staff to give nameless his required physical. Maybe it's a former S ac State BBer.

Well, see, when you're called crazy enough times, it leads to the occasional inevitable "I told you so's."

While I understand what you're saying, I've just never known the "I told you so" to elicit anything other than rude comments, snide mockery, etc.

Wow, this is going to be a craptacular game.

That's the only reason I'm even watching. It might actually spiral down into the "so bad it's almost good" category, much like a lot of my favorite sci-fi flicks from the 50s and 60s.

Even when healthy, these are the two worst defensive teams in the league BUT we are both top 10 in pace

That's sad in and of itself as under Malone (even with a historically bad bench) the Kings were in the upper third of defensive teams and their starting unit was among the best on that end of the floor.

Bad movie parties are one of my favorite things in life. I'm sure lots of people do them but I got the inspiration from Mystery Science Theater 3000. Wicker Man has yet to be topped as a "so bad it's hilarious" film. I'd certainly rather be making cocktails and having a bad movie party than watching this game.

.

Yet many around these parts will still claim that playing fast isn't related to the collapse on d

So it's gonna be the Omri Casspi-Kevin Martin show? I could have a battle of jerseys here in my living room. ;)

Let's just see if DWill was shamed at all by Karl's comment. I'm guessing ... nah.

So, post your guess... Will Sim Bhullar make it onto the court:

A. In the second quarter
B. In the third quarter
C. In the fourth quarter
D. Still no love for Bhullar, but Kenny Smith might suit up.

What number would he wear?

If I hadn't come into this game expecting nothing, I would be very upset. As it is, I'm enjoying being able to watch Kevin Martin.

The view from the other side (Canis Hoopus):

The Kings announced that DeMarcus Cousins is out tonight with a sore foot, though it sounds like Rudy Gay is likely to be back after missing three games. Watching Cousins abuse the Wolves makeshift front court was the one thing that was going to be interesting tonight. Oh well.

More from CH:

Oh, there's a game?
I’m here for the recipes.

"the Kings may score 200 tonight" - Sac crew
Paynefully true

I believe in unicorns.

Best ever!

This game is a good example of fundamental basketball
When in doubt – throw the ball at a kids face.

Weird. I switched over to the Pels game, because of the impact it had on the playoff race. The way you guys are talking, I expected to see us behind, when I switched back over.

I suppose that might be logical, if you consider your initial premise - that I'm actually paying much attention to the game - not to be fatally flawed.
