did I read that correctly?

Yup. And he just got stuffed again.

I admired his effort on that play but at a certain point he needs to pass those boards out, as he never seems to convert those put backs, like ever.

Casspi does so many great little things and then he does sooooooo many stupid frustrating things.

And Carl, for the love of god, stop embarrassing yourself in the paint. Pass the ball out man

"Joey Dorsey."

"If Dwight Howard were slightly shorter and less talented, but not an insincere, phony jerk, what would you have left?"

You did. That was the sequence where I couldn't help but laugh at Landry.

The team is making a ton of mistakes, but so is Houston. Cousins has been solid and basically getting his hands on everything that comes his way.

I expect Harden to go right at the defense in the second half.

I hope so, Boogie needs some more swats.

As I have mentioned many times in the past, Landry is and has always been one of the league's true black holes. Its part of why his interior scoring is so drab despite being effective. He has never gotten the whole "make other guys better" portion of the interior scorer's portfolio. He gets it, he's putting it up. you block it, he's going right back in. The idea of kicking the ball out does not occur, never has.

...and never will.

Oh my god he said our gameplan is to pack the paint and give up the 3. Against the Rockets. I almost spit my water everywhere hearing that

Vance Wahlberg just mentioned the defensive strategy is to give up 3's in an attempt to block the paint, and that it started working once the Rockets went cold.

Glad to know I wasn't taking crazy pills by saying that these open 3's are by design.

Attention all Kings not wearing #15: IF the player who is wearing #15 passes you the freaking ball, you absolutely MUST make the bucket. Do not dribble, do not do anything fancy, just get the points.

No. This is the NBA. Professional basketball players are going to make open 3s. That strategy will kill you on more nights than not

Only if you use the same strategy every night. If, on the other hand, you have a coach who has over 1,000 wins in his career, you have to figure maybe he can recognize when it might be a good time to use said strategy.

I love having a coach who not only knows what a timeout is, but actually is not afraid to use one.

Lol, I'm just losing all faith in Ben McLemore. He is not a starting caliber NBA player, he just isn't very good. Can knock down the open shot on occasion but that's it. When I see him with the ball and attempt anything on his own, I just get a bad feeling, and it usually results in a brick or turnover or bad shot...
