[Game] Game -7: Sacramento Kings @ Toronto Raptors, 10/5/14 4 PM pst, 7 PM est

I don't think there were too many negatives in this game aside from our bench's front court absolutely sucking. I think there needs to be more ball movement in our bench and Stauskas should definitely touch the ball more. A lot of GV carving up our D came from lack of help from D-Will or Landry.. I'm pretty happy with the outcome of this game. Gay and Cuz struggled in the 1st half, but cleaned it up in the 2nd.

Did DWill look like he knew what he was doing? To me, he has always looked a bit directionless.

Yea nothing really too concerning from that game, other than i don't ever wanna see Landry at Center again in any scenario.

The team looked pretty good in the 3rd quarter and dominated the Toronto starters

As soon as cousins started to get going we took him out for no return. Obvious job. Same with McLemore he made two baskets and a few nice defensive plays and he was gone. Gay still isn't sure he played in a game

As Terrence Ross demonstrated, there's no reason to play your good players big minutes in a preseason game and get them injured.

I thought the fellas looked pretty good. A little rough around the edges.

Darren and Ramon looked good at the point. Ben and Nik each had some highlights. Rudy and Cuz looked good in the third.

Otherwise the only negative I will give is that the new motion offense needs a little work:) I foresee passing drills in the future, are you listening Reggie:)

He's talking about players wanting to go at him on the floor when he was playing defense. Not in the media or whatever.

Also bad on Jason Jones for framing that quote in a horrible way.

Typical Jason Jones.

I've been looking for an excuse to unsubscribe to the Bee for a long time... feels like lighting money on fire to subscribe anyway. This is as good a reason as any to finally pull the trigger I guess. Jason Jones is pretty awful.

Overall not the worst game. You will expect Cuz and Rudy to play more serious come regular season. Only thing that worries me is all the Rudy iso's we saw. He is now the clear second option, where last year you could argue he was 3rd most of the time.

Nik looked good offensively but guys went at him on the other end. Ben was the same as last year, lost for most of the game then with a few minutes that give you hope. JT looked like a rookies at times, the guy just has too many things going on in his head at one time.

Collison and Sessions both looked solid, Sessions showed his strengths with pushing the ball, getting to the rim/line. Collison did what was expected in facilitating, hit a few jumpers and break the defense down at times.

Or it could just be a kid mis-speaking. Hes a 19 year old Canadian, pretty sure race/racism isn't something he grew up with.

#Sessions was probs our best player for the game some of the drives. rifle passes in traffic were terrific, Collison was solid as well
#Staskuas was very solid he should beat out Ben for the starting spot he's just a way more consistent shooter.
#Rudy started tunneling again
#Hollins surprisingly effective
#Reggie did his thing on the boards and Carl was solid on offense him and Sessions seemed to have a nice connection
#JT, started off well than lost his confident it seemed
#Casspi/Williams.............................

I'm trying to understand how Jason Jones framed the quote to hurt Nik. Was it out of context? I don't get it.
I don't necessarily think he did. It's just a little shocking to hear the truths sometimes.. you don't ever expect someone like James Harden to come out and say, "We lost tonight because I kept flopping." I mean it's obvious and blatant, but many players just would not say something like that. It's not the same exact example, but just a similar one.

I'm not sure if many knew, but he was referring to the game tonight.

Yea you hit it. Not that Jones was trying to hurt him with that tweet, but jeeze, help the rook out and don't try and catch him in a slip to get you some buzz. (which, this tweet btw, by far had the most retweets/favorites of anything he's tweeted in awhile)
