Well, I'd be doubly astonished it he didn't.

I cannot speak for all NBA players, but I can speak for one former King who didn't make a point of watching his statistics. The only one he really kept track of was fouls, because he wanted to stay on the court.

General idea of how he was doing? Yep. Full knowledge of the exact numbers? Not while he was on the court.

"we"? Funny to see a lot blame the refs on 1 call out of 40? Why not blame the overall performance of a player throughout the entire game?

I think it is Cousins' fault because of his 9 TOs. Of course it's also possible we were beaten because of many factors but that's too complex to consider.

Yes, "we." As in, you posted something inflammatory, and "we" responded to it. Just like when HereWeBoogie posted that photoshopped picture of Cousins in a Sonics jersey earlier; you knew what you were going for when you posted that. You might as well have, instead, made a post that just said, "I dare you guys to flame me!"

Also, as sdballer alluded to, whether it was deliberate or not, it most certainly seemed like you didn't get the initial response that you were hoping for, so you kept repeating yourself until you did.
Nope. It was all in rage. And I have no clue what picture you are talking about.... If expressing your angry opinion is invalid, then that itself, speaks volume. Telling someone they're consistently wrong, doesn't help the situation either.
I'll remember to keep my rage out of game threads. It's like telling everyone to stfu about the whole "pace" thing. I get it, you don't like it, why keep talking about it? Except, this situation is in a game thread, and not posted in 20 other threads all over the site.

I'm sure it's not too difficult for one of his teammates or the someone in the crowd to notify him.

Please read my comment above. Teammates don't want to jinx someone who is doing real good, so unless he asks, they don't tell. DMC was not playing for the triple-double. If I didn't believe that during that game, I certainly did after looking at him in the post-game. It wasn't about personal accomplishment for him. It was about the WIN. You can believe that or not, but I am absolutely sure I'm right on this.

You know what? You have a point there. Which is why, if you'd been more proficient at refreshing the page, you might have noticed that I deleted it almost immediately after I posted it, and several mintues before you responded to it.

Sorry but this falls into the "I couldn't possibly care less what they look like, I just want them to get the freaking calls right" category for me.

Come on VladeFan, that can't be true. Surely you've just forgotten about this stunning piece of eye candy...

Good effort in a pretty exciting game, we just had a few little things (which turned out to be monsterous) when Cuz got fouled out followed up by one of the worst shooters in the NBA drilling a game changing 3 in OT. We are just a bit to careless with the ball.

So took a mini hiatus from the madness, went to the game last night after a break. Get hosed by the refs. Typical Kings fan experience of the last 30 years.

But he didn't. If I were Cousins, I'd have been ****ed, too. Lauren Holtkamp's definitely not getting a Valentine from me, I'll tell you that much. But he kept his composure, even though he may have wanted to melt down, and that counts more than what he almost did.

Also, on that subject, having watched the NOP/BOS game last night, **** YOU, Cedric Maxwell!

No, that is the absolutely best part of this game/season.
We all knew that this kid had it in him. Unlike the rest of the sports world, we knew his anger stemmed from his hatred for losing. For a fan base that seems to get burned every other night, we struck gold in DeMarcus Cousins. Through all of the doom and gloom chaos the past few years, when everyone expected Cousins to bail on this sinking ship, he never did. He stuck it out and supported the city through it all. I have never been more proud of one guy to wear a Kings uniform.
