Did Cousins get ejected for that play, or did he get ejected for it being his second technical?
By blown out of proportion I meant more that folks will (and already have) use this to paint him out as a bad guy, everything he's done to improve his image was for nothing, you can't win with him, etc. Bringing all that garbage back is absurd.
I know it's Tommy Heinsohn, but on the local broadcast here Mike Gorman asked him what you would do with a player like Cousins (after he tossed Smart) and Tommy said 'trade him'. Tommy is insane. But that is the sort of 'out of proportion' stuff I'm talking about.
If he's suspended for tomorrows game, I won't have a huge problem with it. I don't think he should be, but I would understand it.
