Mr. Clutch of Summer League: Jason Thompson, Kings
Thompson hit not one, but two game-winning shots. His three-point play in overtime helped the Kings top the Blazers, and he had a tip-in and free throw in the final 20 seconds of a three-point victory over the Warriors. The 6-foot-11 forward out of Rider averaged 16.2 points and 8.6 rebounds per contest.

im hoping the best for JT, but we havent seen anything yet. give him time. no one knows what type of player he'll be at this moment. settle down

Hey, it's always better when your lottery pick is named mr. clutch.

Now if JT came out this summer and averaged 5 points and 2 boards, EVERYONE and their mothers would be calling Petrie a fool and JT an automatic bust.

Let's be excited for once for our lottery pick who is making media waves in his first month.
