he became an unrestricted free agent with miami roster overhaul and salary dumps.... he is a young and athletic swingman.... he can play shooting guard and small forward and at 6'9" 210 lbs and only 24 years old, still has some upside... he shot 39% from 3 point last year.... he could develop into a very good defensive big guard... he would give the kings a very, very big back court...

if the kings signed him to a 2 or 3 year contract around 3 million a year, the kings could be one of the biggest teams ever in the nba....

he's still an interesting prospect at off guard. i believe he said he grew to 6'11.. it's his 6th year in the league. i'm not sure if we can afford him. he's probably looking to get paid.

An interesting choice, while I can't say I've followed his career much or watched him play much... He seems like a good choice and I wouldn't expect him to be too pricey. Plays good D, athletic, good ball handling and shooting... Has his TO issues improved? Looking at his stats they don't seem terrible looking at his game logs

Whereas your looking to the future, a kid that I really like, that unfortunately is just a senior in highschool this coming season is Michael Gilchrist. He's a future star in the NBA. This kid is ready to play NBA ball right now, thats how good he is. And he's a SG. At least right now. He's a terrific defender, and thats something you don't see very often in a player that young.

wright has been playing behind d. wade and former #2 overall pick miceal beasley, so he has not had a chance to really play extened minutes.... much like john salmons playing behind allen iverson on philly, he never really got a chance to shine....

i think if he got extended minutes, he could be trevor ariza type player.... and he is only 24 years old...

if we can get him for 3 years and $3 MIL per year, he could be a real steal
