After going 12-of-12 from the floor tonight vs. UTA, Domantas Sabonis becomes the third player in NBA history with multiple perfect shooting performances on 12 or more FGA.
He joins Wilt Chamberlain (6) and Karl Malone (2).

But the Kings gave away Haliburton for nothing, right?
Sabonis had a HISTORIC month:
— The Lead (@TheLeadSM) December 31, 2022
- 21.7 PPG
- 14.4 RPG
- 7.2 APG
- 69/69/74 splits (nice)
He’s the first player since Wilt Chamberlain in 1968 to average 20/14/7 on 65% shooting for a month 🤯 pic.twitter.com/7Q80LLOj2i

Is THIS good?
Maybe one of these? Them Lamborghini tractors sure are pretty....who needs a lousy Ferrari anyways? That's one quality tractor.
Long term I really believe he is being set up to take a big L on this whole deal. Indy felt like a team that was setting themselves up for 2023-2024 but their play is almost certainly going to force them into making some bad decisions. It might be like a 7-9 seed treadmill they find themselves on rather than 7-9 in the lotto, but if they lock into Turner and give Haliburton the extension this offseason all they have is draft capital and Boston's pick is probably going to be 28th or lower. But the Kings gave away Haliburton for nothing, right?

Crazy that Domas is actually playing better with a broken thumb, then he was before the injury!
Domas had a priceless reaction when he found out he shot a perfect 12 of 12 tonight 🤣 pic.twitter.com/LL7rXWgxtL

With the Kings - yes, the Kings - now 4th in the West, an impressive Domantas Sabonis stat...
— Sam Amick (@sam_amick) January 12, 2023
Per @Stathead, his current line - 18 points, 12 rebounds, six assists per - has only been accomplished six times. Wilt did it twice, and Oscar/KG/Jokic/Sabonis (in 2020-21) did it once.
