[dal/phx] 2 Ot!

I am not a Phoenix fan, but I do not really dislike them. OTOH, I really really dislike Cuban's Mavericks. So, I am very happy with the outcome of this very physical, very hard played game by both teams.

Yeah this was definitely the game of the year. Dirk choking a bit in the clutch, Nash and Amare carrying the Suns back from 15 down in the 4th, etc. Amare's near perfect shooting and explosive moves. Nash's great decision making. Seeing 2 truly great teams actually hustle. It wasn't necessarily a battle of who was better(they're both extremely good), it was also which team wanted it more. And Phoenix wanted it more.

I might be starting to sound a bit like Bill Walton(yikes) but for real, this game was maybe the best regular season game I've seen in years. The effort from each team was insane. Amare and Nash are definitely 2 of my favorite players. Double OT game from the 2 best teams in the NBA.
 
I dislike both teams so it wasn't that big of a deal but Dallas got screwed. Time running down in the 4th and Nash tries to take a 3 except instead of jumping up to take his shot he jumps to his left in order to bump into the Dallas player who is flying buy. Blatantly obvious but he got the call and sank all three :rolleyes: .

NBA officiating....the best in sports :eek:
