You know, regardless of whether or not Douby is a traditional point guard, the offense has moved much better when he's been on the floor. As much as he looks for his own shot, he still doesn't dribble dribble dribble getting into the offense the way Salmons and Garcia do. Those guys just aren't point guards, no matter how good they are at dribbling. Douby's not a great passer but he at least approaches it with the right mentality.

Yes, Salmons and Garcia drive me nuts holding/dribbling away the clock. Salmons in particular almost never seems to pass. I've seen him ignore an open Kevin more than once.
