Honestly could Justin Williams have been any worse than the three headed monster of SAR/K9/Taylor?

Muss sucks.

Im on that bandwagon now.

I am not sure what makes me want to go into a profanity tyraid more: The Cavs announcers, Muss' coaching, the crappy reffing, or the fact that my team sucks and my GM wont do anything bout it.

Hey, don't knock Mo Taylor, he's the Kings' best power forward two nights running.

And yes. It's gotten that bad.
 
I really can't wait until this season is over and this is the first time in a long time i'm hoping it ends "FAST".

I posten this in the Fire Muss thread, but it got closed before I could post it.

All the bashers should think about this.

Despite dropping a "muss sucks" earlier, look at all our situations.

PG: Mike Bibby...Good offensive player, but not the kind of guy who will carry a team through a whole game...And a terrible defender...No backup to really talk about.

SG: We are set here with Martin...Salmons still is wildly inconsistant...And we have the youth in Garcia and Douby to back him up...Probably our strongest of our positions...And think of this...We are two Martin free throws away from being .500 and also being really cautiosly optimistic.

SF: Artest is a great defender...But he just isn't good offensivly...He used to be adiquate, but no more...Salmons could swing to back him up too, which isnt the best of options at this point.

PF: We have the worst PF tandem in the league, bar none.

C: We have the worst rebounding center in the league, who is backed up by Mo F'n Taylor...Nuff said.

What Im saying is, when your power positions are the worst in the league, I dont care who the coach is, you are not going to win a lot of games.

You can only coach as good as the talent you have around you...If the Kings had a dominate center or power forward, Muss would probably look like a winner right about now, but he doesnt...And we're gonna have to slog through these times.

You make some great points but everybody gets blamed for the situations were are in. I like how u said we need Dominate big but do u now how hard that is to get. only a kg or Duncan could fix this team with out rebuilding and i doubt we get either.
 
we only lost cuz the ohio st game was over after halftime and we wanted oden so we chocked as hard as we could to improve our chances

Im not even talking about a KG or Duncan type player.

Hell, if we had a compotent PF, someone like a Kurt Thomas type player who does the dirty work while being able to hit the J, and a backup C in the mold of Dikembe Mutombo we would be leaps and bounds better than where we are.

You just can't win with the PF/C combo we are throwing out there...Great coach or not.

We need more then that. Our perimemter D is awful just not just our inside d, we are too much of perimenter team (prime example is this game), we are too incontinest, we need a go to player, we need a ton of things. True a big man would have won us a few more games but i don't think it would make us contenders or make us a lock for the playoffs. We need to face the facts we just need to rebuild.
 
For some reason people keep making this whole "Look what Muss has to use!" as an excuse... Adelman had the same exact team... I don't see a turnaround in the forseeable future. I can't imagine Bonzi is that much better than Salmons that we suck this bad. It's the same team... Muss is just as much to blame as the players. As a coach you use your team to fix its weaknesses. The Suns for example, have little interior defense or defense at all for that matter. So what do they do? They run their butts off and play up tempo basketball. The Spurs can fast break, but Pop has control of them. He knows exactly when to let the reigns loose and when to tighten them up. Phil the same thing. All these coaches know what rotations and plays to calls for each situation. Muss on the other hand has garbage rotation, garbage plays, and garbage strategies. I unfortunately agree with Charles right now, we are in no-mans land. We aren't good enough to contend and we aren't garbage enough to get a lottery pick... Something has got to give.
