Can a player be traded while playing a game?

As I'm sure many of you know, the game between ATL and MIA is having its last 51 seconds replayed due to a problem the number of fouls allotted to Shaq.

If you go to the game's page on NBA.com (cant find it right now) the game is listed as ongoing. Not finished. If thats the case, Shaq was traded while a game he was in was still ongoing. Are there any rules against this?

Hell with the shady Lakers deal, the Devean George effect, and now this thought, what the hell is going on with trades anymore?

(also isnt it funny that Bibby will be part of that replay game now....and Shaq wont even be on the team...)

I believe that none of Bibby, Marion, or Banks will be eligible for the replay. What's funny, of course, is that the whole reason for the replay is that Shaq was mistakenly disqualified from the game with only five fouls. The replay was intended to allow Miami to play the final 51 seconds with Shaq available. But now that he's been traded...he's not allowed to play in the replay. So the replay becomes pointless.
