Is there any ongoing activity aimed at placing the ad in the Bee?

When the first threads on this and related matters appeared I had offered to provide monetary support. Did it, will it happen? Let me know or the board know if help is needed..

My second post here is simply to keep it alive until more or our folks have seen it. I hope there is still some fire under this. If anyone knows of the status, I would appreciate a word. I looked on the SaveOurKIngs site but did not find any current info. Of course, I am a tad bit computer and Facebook challenged.

I personally would like to see an Anaheim ad from some "Concerned Citizens of OC" addressed to the Anaheim City Council complaining about using precious money when the area is in need of money for other projects. Same arguments used around here but used in a different city.

I think Mike might agree. I don't speak for him but have some correspondence that he likes an idea similar to this. The major problem with each idea is money. People don't like to spend it.
