He's in the box score for tonight's game as a DNP-CD, so yes.Is Bagley even suiting up for games?

You guys can say what you want. He's better than Mo Harkless
Does he? Stats don't stay that, check out everyone he's guarded up to this point. He's a blank checkMo Harkless attempts to and sometimes succeeds at playing defense though
And today is what I'd call a great game from MO. I've tried to get on the MO train but the guy is just not a upgrade to the ever hated Bagley I'm sorry
Also want to add that I’m impressed with the maturity Bagley has shown. He looks like a good teammate. I still think he can be a player in the league - just not on the Kings. I’d like to see what Pop could do with him on the Spurs.
Being a good teammate is really the only play he has left. He has to know his value is virtually non-existent at this point so being a locker room cancer could seriously jeopardize any opportunities he may still have in this league. That being said I'm definitely rooting for him wherever he winds up going. He definitely hasn't had an easy start to his career, even if much of the issues are his own fault.
Spurs and OKC seem like the best fits, either because he could actually develop under Pop and rebuild himself as a player or because he'd probably actually get to play in OKC and they could absorb his salary and send whatever pick back. We could do the Thad Young deal with Spurs that Suns are too chicken to do and then flip him at the deadline or keep him around if he's contributing? Also want to add that I’m impressed with the maturity Bagley has shown. Harkless doesn’t stop the ball on offense, take shots away from our “stars”, or get lost on defense.
Plus - the offense with both Bagley and Holmes has always been clunky (not all on Bagley).
Pop would make him cry.Spurs and OKC seem like the best fits, either because he could actually develop under Pop and rebuild himself as a player or because he'd probably actually get to play in OKC and they could absorb his salary and send whatever pick back. Not our problem.Pop would make him cry.

When he plays. Historically he only plays half of the time.
My guess is the KINGS aren’t playing him partially so he won’t get hurt again. So maybe they can still move him before the deadline. That, and his defense is bad and doesn’t fit in with their current direction.
It’s funny, before this season there weren’t many Marvin Bagley apologists. Most complained that he is oft injured and that his defensive ability sucks. Now that he’s not playing, there’s suddenly a growing contingent upset about it?
Something is off here.
I've stuck up for him when he displays a positive attitude, and criticized the hell out of him when his camp is out of line. When he plays. Historically he only plays half of the time.

he’s practicing with DC still before games but i doubt it’ll have muc dividends cause Bagless isn’t practicing on his own most likely
Do you have access to the practice facility or occasion to see Bagley during his free time?

I would too but I also think only so we could trade him. Unless he actually could play the 3 like Vlade said.I'd be very happy about it.
lol cmon dude if he was legit practicing and improving he would be on the floor already. You don’t gotta be a sports guru to fill in the gap
You don't honestly believe in the "if you work hard enough" saying do you? There is some poor guy working double shifts in Amazon warehouse thinking he's going to be rich soon too, while living below the poverty line.
Nah. It has to be right time, place and situation. Bagley doesn't mesh well with Walton. With Walton being a player's coach, the number one thing that matters to Walton is how he feels about you on a personal level. Basketball is second. Bagley can work as hard as he wants and nothing will change in this organization.
A change of scenery will do Bagley well.
if the kid could play decent defense he would be playing over Mo it’s that simple.
You know, as frustrating as comments like "Youse don't gotta be no sports guru to know he aint trying" or "baby bagley still a rookie go write some bad raps" are to me, I almost prefer the posters that own their dislike of Bagley to the "I've always been very fair and objective. Very very fair. Him and his father can take that bad defence and shove it". If you are balanced and objective - cool. Be balanced and objective. But no need to qualify posts with "In my very balanced and objective view...". Plus the only truly objective thing we can say right now is he isn't playing. Whether that's due to his defence, overall ability, his application, team priorities and fit, the social hierarchy, Luke, or (a case study in) mismanagement - we don't know - that is speculation.
As with any post I make about Bagley someone will either come and identify the error in my thinking or follow my post up with a 'nah I am very fair and I always support the Kings players except when I very fairly don't'.
Thank you! Everyone sucked on defense last year. This whole hes not good on def last year so he's not playing can apply to every single person on the team especially buddy. Yet he's averaging 30+ off bench. The coach just doesn't plan like him. They need to play him and get some dang value so we can attempt to trade him. Keeping him on bench does nothing but embarrasse the organization. He'll let him play G league to improve at least. SomethingAgreed. When someone like @SLAB says he won't like Bagley no matter what, I respect it and it makes me laugh. But when people argue that they don't like Bagley because he doesn't work hard or is a bad teammate, well then I know they are manufacturing reasons and credibility is lost. Same with the defense argument. The Kings were a bad defensive team the last few years with or without Bagley. The other bad defenders from a season ago still get to run it back.

Bagley's already more valuable as an expiring contract than he ever would be as a player even if the Kings were playing him a bunch of minutes to the detriment of the team to try to boost his value.Who? McNair didn't draft him, Vlade did. Walton wasn't the coach when we drafted him. The old FO regime more or less got fired because Bagley has proven to be so far apart from his draft counterparts.
