yes,as a kid living in southern Texas, i got to go into Mexico about once a month with my parents,and we always went to the same restaurant and had frog legs,and they do taste like chicken,just a little more chewy.

I have soooo many .... only cause I love to eat !!!

So, my favorite MEAL is:

COMBO PANCIT (filipino chow mein) .... chicken, pork and shrimp w/noodles & vegetables
CHICKEN or PORK ADOBO w/rice
LUMPIA (filipino egg rolls)

There, that's one meal ... not including desert (trip to Cold Stone cures that)
