somewhere around 19....

did it bother you when the other kids in school got GIVEN a car when they turned 16?

Yes it did. Mostly because the specific people I knew who were given cars were the spoiled kids whom I loathed and who didn't deserve them. Although, I have since been given two cars -- my first car was a beater given to me by my father, my second (current) is technically a company car (I work for family) but its basically mine.

If you could buy any car in the world, what would it be? Or, would you keep what you've got?

What do you do when people don't listen to you?

Depends on the situation. If I'm babbling endlessly about nothing in particular, for example, I tend to let it go. If I'm telling someone something important for the third time, that's when I get a little frustrated.

In a conversation, do YOU listen or do you wait to talk?

Majority of the time I just listen. there are ocassions when I wait to talk to end the convo because I can't take anymore and I want somebody to listen to me for once.

Same Q for U.

From the moment I could talk, I was ordered to listen. I'm used to it. In fact, I find it interesting to listen to people even if I disagree with them half the time.

What's more bad azz, Harley or Indian motorcycles?

A food-gasm is that sublime culinarily-induced state of mind when you taste something, your eyes roll back into your head, you slump in your chair and KNOW it just doesn't get any better than this.

Who's the better cook - You, or your spouse/significant other?

On the stove...she is the better cook......On the grill....I am the UNDISPUTED CHAMPION !!!!!!!! (at least around here):)

What's your favorite item to be cooked on the grill?

Hot dogs taste the best grilled, with hamburgers coming in second.

What kind of hairstyle were you wearing in your high school senior portrait?

Fairly clean cut, parted on the left, but with long bangs that hung down over my eye. Sort of a transitional skater punk to preppie look.

Next person, same question - or you could answer me this: Why is it a pair of pants but only one bra?

A relatively short cut...bangs to the side and curls in the back...its hard to explain...and funkykingston to answer your question...I have absolutely NO clue and it is a question I've asked myself on several occassions...

Do you like to go swimming in ocean water or do you prefer clean, clorinated(sp?) pools only?

Ocean water is the best because then you don't get all that smelly clorine.

Are there any foods out there that you admittedly prefer out of the can or box over the homemade version?

green beans....they seem to have more flavor than the ones you just finished picking out of the garden...:D

which is better, Coke or Pepsi?

Fuzzy Wuzzy was a bear but how fuzzy was he?

Fuzzy Wuzzy wasn't very fuzzy cause he had no hair!! :p Poor Fuzzy....

When you were a kid did you like your name ( I hated mine when I was growing up..the only Emma in town) if not what did you wish your name was?

I did hate my name growing up -- I'd rarely encounter another "Ruby" that wasn't born in the 30's -- and I wanted, for some strange reason, to have a boy's name. I wanted to be a Rikki, or a Bobbie, or a Joey, or something along those lines.

Same question.

GGG, another reason I like you...my grandma's name was Ruby.

To answer the question:

Yes, I always hated it when people called me 6th. Now, I'm used to it. However, I have always wanted to be 1st. :p

Do you ever watch the Ellen Show?

Ah man..I wish! I feel so old now...Class of '98 here....I'm at the ripe old age of 25...bring on the Ben-Gay and the walker..;)
