Andray Blatch

Hey Kings fans, Andray Blatche has been playing out of his mind since before the trade deadline.

His line in the Wiz-Nets game today:

36 pts, 15 rebs, 4 assists, 2 steals, and 2 blocks.

SICK.

Wow, if this keeps up till the end of the season, I'd seriously consider trading for him. What do you guys think? He's been playing great since Jamison and Butler was traded.

Yeah but they wouldn't get rid of him. He's a promising big man and they have no reason to trade him, he was one of the reasons they were urgent to get rid of Jamison, so that Dray Blatche could get more minutes. He's really talented though.

Javale McGee too. He was showing some real defensive big man skills last year in his rookie season, I've liked him he should def be someone on GP's radar once his rookie deal expires.

I mentioned him a few months ago, and I thought it was possible before the Haywood deal. Not because Haywood was traded, but because that's when he started getting more time. Good luck getting him now

He's been on the all-potential team for years and is finally realizing it. After just getting done blowing it up to go young, hard to see them moving him under any circumstances. If we'd had the foresight to see this 6 months ago, maybe we could have swung them a vet as they were in win now mode. But now they are in the same boat as us. Be like asking us to trade Donte or Omri or something. Have to be a helluva package becuase it flies directly in the face of their new rebuilding interests.

McGee and Defense in the same sentence? That's a far cry from his defenseless days at UNR... I still don't think McGee is any good on D.

From what Ive seen of him in Washington he can play a lil defense, he's mostly active on loose balls and put back dunks on offense. In his 2nd season I see him developing into a solid shot blocking big man for sure. I def wouldn't mind seeing him here one day

I'm gonna assume you're talking about McGee? He's already in his 2nd season

Yeah McGee thats what I meant that hes in his 2nd season, Blatche is very nice as well.

Also with their frame and type of games they have you could probably see Donte becoming the same type of player, except with more range.

I must admit that I stole this idea from another site. But after looking at some of his stats when he's gotten minutes, he wouldn't be a bad player to target. However, I have no idea why the Thunder would want to give him up. Its Serge Lbaka. A 6'10", 235 lb PF. He's only 20 years old and has a huge wingspan. He also has a nice 15 foot jumper. His post game is a little raw, but he's a very live body around the basket. Despite his youth, he's a pretty darned good defensive player. I think he had 6 blocks against the Lakers. He has a lot of potential, so I think it would take a pretty good offer to shake him loose. I have no idea what the Thunder would be looking for.

Yeah I followed him for a while when I had him on my fantasy team. He's had some pretty impressive games for someone that nobody's heard of
