Thanks, good read. The Redick comparison isn't great, but at this stage it would help Fredette. I'm pretty sure he wasn't drafted where he was to be a Redick. If you say Redick + poor man's Bibby/rich man's Beno, then I'll bite. If he can turn into that, there's definite value. A point guard that can handle the ball, yet not necessarily need it while being effective in catch and shoot situations is a very important starter. Not an all star, but someone who you can trot out in a cohesive 5 man unit. Basically completes a backcourt with a ball dominating slashing guard with zero range.
