It's about the way they play and how its not a successful way of playing. They were not competitive in their three losses. They were embarrassed and looked like amateurs. The Hornets missed every three they took and not because of great Kings D. The Hornets had no reliable scorer and the Kings took advantage of it. All the same problems existed in this game.

Where they should be is a team with a pro offense that has shown growth from the individual level to the team level. They aren't anywhere near that goal. So they aren't where they should be.

Agreed swisshh.The hornets are basically playing like we want to without the firepower and they have the same issues that where their offense stalls their defensive intensity goes. Yeah we blew them out off our backcourt strength but its not the way forward

Nicely put Purple Reign. Plus, it always helps to be 18-21 from FT line - 85%. Last season Kings had nearly same number of road Ws as home court Ws - amazingly! These next two road games are quite winnable it Kings stay together, keep improving, and really bring it. After that, road schedule starts to get insanely brutal (look at it at your peril!). Maybe there should be a bit more reflection and measured response rather than all out panic attack syndrome by so many, "expert, in the know fans."

I wasn't entirely pleased tonight. The Hornets were totally out hustling us until the third and had they been hitting their shots at a regular rate we would've been down by 20 at the half and instead of blowing them out we would've been fighting our way back into the game. There was definitely some improvement in the ball movement but I still saw alot of CRAP. Tyreke played great and was distributing it like i hoped for. A win is a win but at this point its nothing more than band aid for a broken leg.

We are where we are supposed to be except that our franchise center is and head coach hate eachother, most of the players seem to hate our head coach. Our offense still looks akward and stagnant, except he were playing against a bad team without their best player in the Hornets. We will be either pleasantly suprised in the next 3 games, or we will get a dose of reality.

Hornets are not a playoff team. I do agree that I'll have to see these next several games to see how we progress, but NOLA is most certainly not a playoff team, without CP and also had no Gordon. They were a team that we definitely had to beat.

We beat a Laker team with out their starting C and defensive anchor and we beat a average team who was missing their best player. Both at home. In the other games we have looked like a high school team for the most part. We have a young team that seems to be regressing rather then improving, our coach seems to be losing the team very quickly, and our so called franchise big man is acting like a cancer and may try and force a trade. Yeah thats just where I envisioned us being.

Agreed. We'll see where this team goes from here, but no matter what, this team will be, and is BETTER with Cousins than without him.
