Mister Slim Says: The Kings have pretty much passed the point of no return: 7th and 8th place are technically still in play, but they can't really significantly improve their seeding, and it's too late to try and tank. The best case scenario, at this stage, is to lock in, get everybody in sync, and try to be playing their best basketball when the play-in starts up. The first step on that road will come in the form of the Milwaukee Bucks, far removed from their championship glory, but still dangerous as long as they have Giannis Antetokounmpo. No Damian Lillard for tonight's game might suggest that the Kings' chances for a win are decent, but it's going to depend on their ability to provide a full game's worth of effort. The last time out, Sacramento had an uncharacteristically strong first quarter, but fell apart thereafter; I'm sure that Kings Fans are hoping not to see a repeat of that.

Apparently, Bobby Portis violated the league drug policy. He will miss 25 games. Basically, he is out the rest of the season. It's surprising this does not happen more often, especially towards the end of a very long season. Guys are playing through pain.

This is another game the Kings can snatch from the basketball gods (and the refs).

Keon starting as expected. We might have some ball handling issues especially when KPJ will be playing.

I think Zach and DeMar shared ballhandling duties when both were on the court in the three previous games without Monk. Anyone remember differently?

Yes they did, i didnt mean Keon would... but still that is an issue. Fultz should have increased minutes today as well from the bench and of course Devin too.

Fans are so flighty. If we win this one, everyone is going to be hyped up and talking about how we can make it past the play-in, but if we lose it's going to be all doom and gloom and pitchforks.

It's me, I'm fans!
Its taken to this point in the season but I'm just going to accept we're a..500 team
