Those last 2 plays are the upside case of Carter on defense. Locks down Mitchell in a ISO scenario, gets him to throw a wild shot and ACTUALLY aggressively closes out on the 3pt shooter, forces a bad miss.
Team looks tight. They only shot 17% in the first quarter. That has to improve. Cleveland keeps stopping our guys way out from the basket, making it difficult to get good looks. And they make it look easy.
I didn't talk to one Kings fan (even before the injuries) that thought we would win this game. Playing a team like this is just a matter of survival and just try not to get more injuries.
