The approach to every game should be pretty close to the same no matter the competition: play with force on both sides of the ball, make the opponent play your game, take care of the basketball and execute. You do that and the shots fall at a reasonable rate, the talent usually wins. Not being locked in, clanking threes or not guarding theirs and you run into trouble.

Absolutely. Having DC and seeing this renewed energy certainly gives me hope. I’m hoping Fox is feeling healthy and locked in more than anything, because that takes this team to another stratosphere.

Speaking of Peja, his eldest son, Andrej, is on the Stanford team that eked out a win against my North Carolina Tar Heels yesterday. RJ Davis, a graduate student in his fifth year at UNC, attempted a three with a one-point lead and less than a minute to go. He missed.

I'd hope that after the last few years that we finally grew out of taking bad teams for granted. To me, that's one of the better indicators of a playoff fodder team and a squad that can win a couple playoff series. Can they bring the same play they showed vs BOS and HOU tonight? If so, this game is over with 8 minutes left in the 4th.

Barf….before last off season I was pro signing Kuzma over Barnes, but I really want nothing to do with him on this team anymore. He doesn’t bring anything we need.
