The crazy thing here is that by the numbers, a NetRTG of 0.6 should result in a 42-40 season, that's a .512 winning percentage. Somehow the Lakers are somehow pulling a .619 winning percentage on that NetRTG. This is hard to do, and basically means they tend to win small and lose big. Which means the refs don't give them a whistle when the game ain't close, to make up for the fact that they DO the rest of the time.
That absolutely tracks, thanks for the analysis.

Uh oh... this is setting up for a comeback. Lakers are 13-0 in clutch games so far this season.

(Edit: clutch game = within 5 under 5 mins)
They lost against the Bucks their first "clutch" on the season with Giannis steal n block against Lebron at the end.

For the Kings this is the 2nd game in a row that the defence held the opponent below 30 points in each quarter, that's quite an accomplishment considering we have the 2nd worst defence in the league (only above Wizards).
Also...we are last in 3pts made in the league (with 3s being a great factor in modern era NBA)

Btw the previous 2 wins in a row were vs DEN and MIN, so it's always against much stronger teams.
What I liked most about those last 2 matches were the vibes in the bench from the players, everybody looked pumped, and Domas quite much. I know it won't last forever but it's been a while since I saw everyone acting so supportive to their teammates.
Also I saw it's trending that the Suns have jumped 2 places the last 2 days just because of their opponents getting beaten by the Kings.

Hopefully these wins lead to traded vets.
Just not Malik.

Edit: Why does it seem Perry doesn’t like Malik? Cuz he’s not HIS guy? Dude goes out and signs Dennis freaking Schroeder who’s played for like 18 teams in the league thinking he’s uncovered some Diamond. SMH. /rant
Heaven help me if Malik ends up on the Warriors or Lakers.

You mean Doug? I wouldn’t put that on Perry. James ham said up until recently that Monk wasn’t meeting expectations or taking things seriously behind the scenes, to the chagrin of the staff. It wasn’t necessarily on the court stuff at all
