3 team trade w/Hou, Den

K F Jay

G-League
Lowry asked to be traded. If they resign Dragic it may happen. They'll need a backup PG if they decide to. Most fans in Houston would love to have Chuck Hayes back. The FO doesn't seem to be fully commited to Dally.

Hou trades: #16th pick, Lowry, Dalembert
Hou gets: #5th pick, Isaiah, Hayes, Brewer(exp)

I believe there will be many offers made for Lowry from other GM's so they could easily pass if they don't like this offer. The 5th pick should be enticing along with Isaiah who would be a nice backup PG for them and the return of fan favorite Chuck Hayes. Brewer is a throw in to make the salaries match (or closer to matching). He's a useful backup if they don't decide to pick up Budinger's option. Brewer's contract expires after the 2012-13 season.

Denver has a logjam at the small forward position. They also need perimeter shooting.

Den trades: W.Chandler, Brewer, Julyan Stone
Den gets: #16th pick, Jimmer, Salmons

Hopefully by giving them a 1st rd. pick and Jimmer they'll take Salmons from us who can be an upgrade over Brewer off the bench for them.

Sac trades: #5th pick, Isaiah, Jimmer, Salmons, Hayes
Sac gets: Lowry, Dalembert, W.Chandler, Julyan Stone

Lowry/Julyan Stone/#36th pick
Reke/Thornton/Cisco
Chandler/Williams/Honeycutt
Dalembert/JT/Outlaw
Cousins/Whiteside

Balances roster. Clears gaurd and wing logjam. Unloads Salmons and Hayes contracts. Julyan Stone 23 year old, 6-6, 195 lb Gaurd. Can defend and pass. Let the bashing begin.

We give up both of last years PG picks in order to offload Salmons and get a guy that could be here if he wanted to but isn't.

If a trade of this nature were to go down, I'd keep it simple and not involve Denver at all, because that just complicates things.

Houston Out: Lowry, Dalmbert, #14
Houston In: #5 + Hayes

Sacramento Out: #5 + Hayes
Sacramento In: Lowry, Dalembert, #14

Then you use the #14 on Taylor if he's still on the board to fill in the hole at SF.
And if he isn't on the board, and there are no other SFs in the draft you want to take a shot on (Quincy Miller/Harkness/Ross(I think is more SG), ect.) then see about trading the #14 to Washington for Singleton...who might not be as much in the plans with Ariza just getting traded there.

Or you can use the #14 on Henson/Leonard if either are on the board and you want to go big. Then look to fill the SF via FA/trade.

I think Lowry is worth more than 9 spots in the draft. Probably have to add Jimmer (which I have no problem with).

Yep, I wouldn't hesitate to add in another young/cheap piece if it was needed to make the deal work.

I'd also be perfectly willing to trade Hayes + young/cheap piece or 2nd Rnd pick for Dalembert.
