Yeah, the Blazers are how a bad franchise is run. The problem is that they could very well still be a surprise team next year because they aren't without talent. Scoot and Dame in the backcourt could be dangerous short term. They just aren't a contender and have a small window with Dame.

He’ll probably get close to HB money from a wild spender. Probably wasn’t ever going to happen once the HB thing was finalized.

Some people would just rely on some numbers to decide if one player is better than the other, it's understandable that they wouldn't have seen the ever-so-steady vet presence that helps our roster, especially our rookies.

The ability to teach them how to build good habits and be professional players, as Keegan had mentioned more than a few times, is only one of HB's many invaluable assets but a fan from outside obviously would not see/understand or value any of it.

If true, looks to be right at the Room MLE. Would again leave us the ability to operate under or over the cap, because we can decide whether to pay it with the Room MLE or the full MLE once all is said and done.

Well, now's the part where you rise or you fall and Monte takes the good with the bad. He's made his decisions lets hope for no stagnation and continued health from Fox/Domas because as of now, it's on Keegan probably to jump to that star level.

Even if / when Dame leaves it seems like they'll probably try to build something around Jerami Grant without committing to a youth movement

mainly I wanted the Kings to get some more rebounding, size and athleticism in the front court but I was pretty cold on just about all the “big” free agents. All the guys I would like are restricted
