Kings kick off the NBA Cup hosting the Champions at home. The same champions that are coming off their first loss of the season, and figure to be highly motivated not to lose two in a row. Most of the players who matter for Oklahoma City are expected to be available, except for Dort and the good Williams, but they matter fairly significantly. Even so, the Kings are going to need the OGs to ball out again in order to have much of a chance.

All of my basketball jerseys are Kings jerseys, though not all have been "auspicious". My first was a Tyreke Evans in purple. This one actually ended up a bit big so after a while I bit the bullet on a Marvin Bagley in purple. That one fit really well but holy hell, so I went for a Domas in grey even though I knew the only one left in stock was a bit too small and yeah, it's a bit too tight. Finally, got a Keegan in the royal blue...at least he got the extension so that one will last me a good bit longer. And I have a Clayton Kershaw but I don't rub that in the faces of the Giants fans here.

Kershaw???!!!

Jay-Z's lyrics on "What More Can I Say" felt like the definitive statement on adult jersey wearing and I took them to heart, but I do still own a few of them. All baseball jerseys -- Rickey Henderson grey with Oakland on the front (timeless), Milton Bradley home white with Athletics on the front (this one aged poorly), a Coco Crisp green A's jersey that was a gift (and I will proudly keep in honor of the Bernie Lean), and a white Kenta Maeda Hiroshima Carp jersey that I bought when I decided I should pick an NPB team to root for.

The only basketball jersey I ever owned was a Caron Butler Washington Wizards jersey that I eventually sold (once I passed the Jay Z threshold). If it were a Caron Butler Kings jersey I probably wouldn't have sold it.

All Kings. Webber, BJax, Fox, Sabonis, Monk, Murray (kids jersey for my daughter) AND a Jimmer jersey. The Jimmer jersey turned into a punishment for the fantasy basketball league I used to play in. Last place finisher had to wear the Jimmer jersey all day on draft day.

This made me LOL

I own two Sacramento Kings jerseys. Both Reggie Theus #24 and fit him back then (6'7" in shoes). One baby blue with Kings trim of the time (purchased 2007) and one white with Kings trim of the time (purchased 2010). Baby blue worn once, perfect condition (no tags), the white one never worn, mink condition with tags. Anyone interested in purchasing can contact me and will give you price for one or both.
