I don't blame Sabonis. He's 70% at best.
I hope so but he played like crap when he came back from injury last season. It kinda looks to me that the injury zapped his vertical.

Sabonis could very well end up being the most difficult player to move in trade
I just can’t accept that Bobby Jackson and Doug Christie were standing on the sidelines thinking no defenders was the way to go when we had the lead down the stretch.
Game 56.This was his fifty-fifth game on the job: how quick would be quick enough?
I mean, even though we’re all calling him terrible he still ended the night with a 12/18 double-doubleNah, he's hurt. Supposedly hamstring strains are supposed to be evaluated after like a week or 2 and then you're supposed to strengthen it up. He came back after what? 4 days? Immediately playing 35 MPG? And as many have pointed out, he can't jump, at all. It's very noticeable

On the replay, it looked like Hartenstein was holding Sabonis around the waist. No wonder Dort was able to steal the ball.He got fouled!
Can't put that word in my vocabulary four games into the season even if I know this team is hopeless.Lin in my book.

Empty calories. I’m ready to move on. Play the youngster when they get healthy. Trade the vets if possible.
Well we are quickly finding all the ways to lose games. Second half collapse, supernova performance and now lose the game after being up the entire game.
LaVine 100% needs more than 13 shots a game. I get the others all can score, but LaVine should be the #1 option at the rate he scores at.
At least get Sabonis healthy before trade proposals come in. He’s way better than what he’s given the last two games and has proven consistency to get the benefit of doubt at this point, over the last 3 seasons here. That blow it up trade proposal someone posted other day involving Sabonis/monk fir duren, holland and picks is looking good. Then dump DD snd Lavine for anything and roll the young guys out there
Eh, i wouldn’t put that on Westbrook. Lavine is a grown damn man and needs to assert himself like one. Same for Keegan Murray when he gets backThey wanted Westbrook to get his shine in OKC, and they got the full Westbrook experience without question.

The fact that the man can still move like he can at his age in the league is amazing but yeah the elite downhill burst that made him a superstar is gone now but he still hasn’t seemed to fully have adjusted to that fact.Russ is the true tank commander out there. There's hustle stuff that's still really good, but we've essentially made him the focal point of the offense and these are the predictable results

Or you simply give him the year to really make sure that leg is feeling healthy before pairing him with a fresh juicy lotto pick next year (the Embiid experience but hopefully without his legs turning to spaghetti)Agree, love him, but he’s also their most valuable asset if they were looking to blow it up….which they need to do.
I would rather shut Sabonis down than trade him unless he wants out.Or you simply give him the year to really make sure that leg is feeling healthy before pairing him with a fresh juicy lotto pick next year (the Embiid experience but hopefully without his legs turning to spaghetti)
Yup. Much easier to pair a young stud with a secondary star if that guy is already on your roster.I would rather shut Sabonis down than trade him unless he wants out.
