You Laugh, You Lose: the Game

If you know where this game originated, then good for you. Keep it that way.

Anyway, its simple. The OP (me) posts a picture. If you laugh, you lose. If you don't laugh, you don't lose, but you don't win either. You really can't win. Oh, and don't keep score, you'll eventually just lose anyway.

If you feel like making someone else lose, feel free to post a funny picture of your own.

Follow forum rules though. Which include some crazy ban on politically themed pictures. This is kind of limiting, but I'm up for the challenge. Here goes.

Glad to see some people have already lost. But, don't make me the only contributor here, c'mon let's get to posting.

i got a kick out of the first picture. haha. here's my contribution:

Employee: "How can I help you?"

Customer: "I would like to order a cake for a going away party this week."

Employee: "What you want on the cake?"

Customer: "Best Wishes Suzanne" and underneath that "We will miss you".

Haha I hadn't seen that lolcat yet. The cake picture is a classic though. I definitely have lost. Good to see some contributions though.

i present to you, Apple Guitar Hero

I sure hope that dog landed safely. I gotta admit this didn't make me laugh.

Agreed, but if you look VERY carefully, it appears that there are strings going to the ground (down and to the left) out of the two yellow baloons at the bottom by the dog (at a minimum), it appears that this is a "controlled" flight.

I can't see the strings, however, I sure hope it was a controlled flight. Being a dog lover, I wouldn't even take a chance on putting my dog in those balloons. Anyways, back to the game.

That Sparta one is winning the thread so far. Okay, this one takes a bit of reading, but is well worth it

Dear Michael,

Every year I attempt to boost my students’ final grades by giving them
this relatively simple exam consisting of 100 True/False questions from only 3 chapters of material. For the past 20 years that I have taught Intro Communications 101 at this institution I have never once seen someone score below a 65 on this exam. Consequently, your score of a zero is the first in history and ultimately brought the entire class average down a whole 8 points.

There were two possible answer choices: A (True) and B (False). You chose C for all 100 questions in an obvious attempt to get lucky with a least a quarter of the answers. It’s as if you didn’t look at a single question. Unfortunately, this brings your final grade in this class to failing. See you next year!

May God have mercy on your soul.

Sincerely,
Professor William Turner

P.S. If all else fails, go with B from now on.
B is the new C

The Sparta one is funny.:D

As to the grades. That poor student is so pathetic, it was more llike OMG!, than a laugh.:p

Thanks, dime dropper. It's cool.........but, it better not happen again. ;)

Sorry, no laughs yet, but since the one everyone thinks is funny is the Sparta one, and I have no idea what it means....... Maybe I needed to see the movie?

^^haha i apologize. i'm new around these boards and i didn't mean to offend you. and maybe if you watch the movie you'll stop and think about this post and possibly chuckle a bit.

I think I lost about 8 times over the Sparta caution sign. That one is great.

Well, after watching the clip, and having my roommates 15 yr old son explain that "This is Sparta" is one of the most famous clips in the film......then he had to point out the sign.....I was too busy feeling like a dunce to laugh. :o
