The Sacramento Kings have picked up the option on head coach Keith Smart's contract for the 2012-2013 season, the team announced Monday. The Kings are 10-20 since Smart took over as head coach on Jan. 5 from Paul Westphal, and the Kings are satisfied with what Smart has shown.
