Donte Greene will be joining me tomorrow from noon to three as my co-host. This isn't the first time I've had a King in for my show, but I really want to make him comfortable. He's really a funny, and intelligent dude.

Any ideas, or better yet, questions you may want him to answer are more than welcome. If you wish, post them here and I will ask him tomorrow on the show.

Thanks.....

Questions for Donte:

1. Kings' greatest need.
2. Areas he's targeting to improve this summer (be specific).
3. How can he manage the ball-handling situation if the Kings go w/ Johnson at the 2?
4. How does he compare his game to Casspi's?

Maybe I'm late, but why haven't I seen any twittering from Buckets? Also, tell that dude to step up and lock down that starting three spot, get his *** in an all star discussion. We know he has it in him, we see his every game :D.

How about these CD:

-How would his role change if the Kings draft another big shooter like Monroe?
-What would he prefer, the Kings to get a player of Cousin's abilities that calls for more half court, or would his game excel more with a player like Johnson?
-How does he feel about the Hedo Turkoglu rumors, and how that would effect his role with the team if he does come here, beings they're essentially the same type of player?
-And lastly...has he heard, and what does he think of Timmy the Intern's LeBron Song?:D

- Admit that Jon Brockman is the best dunker on the team.
- What part of your game will we see the biggest improvement?
- Top three players he would draft at the 5th spot

Hoping this is uploaded on KHTK.com afterwards.

Want to echo the questions about his offseason training plans.

Donte's still got tremendous upside and improved greatly from a bust-worthy rookie season.

He has alot of things to work on, namely: rebounding, ball-handling, post skills and defense. With that being said, I'm curious as to what areas Kings staff wanted him to focus on this offseason.

Also, will he be playing in the Summer League?

Donte might be my favorite player on this team besides Evans, and likely has the most potential with his size and athleticism. I'm curious as to what position he feels he should play going forward. Just looking at his height/length/weight, he should be a 3/4 combo forward, but he's shown an ability to play the 2 (especially on defense). If he can actually play that position, he's something like the Magic Johnson of shooting guards, which is obviously good for him and thus the Kings in general.

Also, how was it to go from Syracuse's defense to NBA defense? D was supposedly his greatest weakness when we drafted him, but it's quickly becoming his greatest strength. I'd like for him to refine his shooting and become more consistent, but if he can solidify his D, I don't really care what he does on offense.

Knowing what he knows now, does he regret leaving school after just one season.

What was the biggest adjustment for him to make coming out of college, and what surprised him the most about the pro game.

Without necessarily picking on Syracuse. Does he think that some college programs are actually detrimental to a players growth.

Lastly, why is it that a guy with his size and athletic ability doesn't rebound better than he does, and is that one of his prioritys.

Thinking back to when you were drafted by the Rockets and then traded to Sacramento did it feel like a slap in the face or that they didn't believe in you the player in favor of a 1 year rental of Ron Artest? It's not like you were a draft day trade, you weren't traded until after summer league so what were your exact feelings?

He had shown he can be a very good defensive player and shot blocker ( ala Josh Smith ) too.

Can the fans count on him being that shot blocker guy ( like Josh Smith ) on the Kings team?

If he can assume that role, I am pretty sure he will be locked as one of the most important starters and fan-favorite in the Kings team or any team.

What has he done to be ready for next season?

To ace the test one has to be well prepared...practice practice practice!!

Kings fans will be expecting more next season, can the team deliver?

What position does he prefer to play most or best at?

Tell him to stay away from girls until he's ready to get marry...wife's good but gf is bad. Stay focus on the NBA 365 days and forget about his other life.;)

Hey CD, you must ask Donte if he's gonna do another DORATIO KANE appearance on the Donte Green Show.

Doratio Kane was the hooked moment for me the same way "The Contest" was for me on Seinfeld.

All I want Donte to know is we got his back, to keep doing what he's doing (improving), and to keep his smile firmly cemented on his face because we love to see him having fun and being enthusiastic. It gets us pumped up. We're rooting for you young man. Keep up the hard work and you will achieve your dreams. Just making it to the L is big in and of itself, but homie has a chance to do something special as long as he continues doing what he is doing and working on his game and getting smarter.
