Before whiz can trade anyone he will need to earn his respect and Win some games,get to the playoffs, he has a whole lot to prove.

Under Whisenant, everyone will get in synch like never before. There will be about a 4-5 day stretch each month when the team will be crabby and distracted, but at least it will be predictable, and there will be a lot of empathy among the teammates during that period.

We will see a greater court intuition overall.
