The Squeeze Inn is great, but for the fast-food franchise, like others have posted, Carl's Jr. rules - Double Western Cheese Bacon Burger. Only about 1,500 calories so you can have large fries without guilt.
I do not eat dead cows. But I would not even eat french fries at a fast food place. You do realize that that is barely food? I think that they should have to put the claim -
WARNING -NOT INTENDED FOR NUTRITIONAL VALUE
on the side of all containers.
I've been to the Habit in Elk Grove. Not bad, I guess. Better than McD's and In-N-Out.
I don't get what the fascination is with small burgers - McD's, In-N-Out, the Habit - all are pretty small compared to most other burger joints. I feel like I need to eat a couple just to make it worthwhile.....and what's the fun in that? Give me a Whopper or burger from Carl's instead. At least there is something to it (and generally they taste better). I'm going for a meal, not an appetizer.
