Who was Webber traded for?

Looks like Webber was traded twice for a player + three draft picks. The first time was Anfernee Hardaway + 3 picks, then second time was Tom Gugliotta and 3 picks.

Does anyone know who those 6 picks ended up being?

This page is confusing: http://www.prosportstransactions.com/basketball/DraftTrades/Years/2000.htm

Did the Magic somehow trade two of the GS picks to the Bullets?
the Anfernee Hardaway thing turned out to be quite a haul if I remember correctly. Not only Hardaway but I want to say one of those picks turned into Vionce Carter down the road?

Could be but that doesn't sound right to me. Webber was traded from Orlando to Golden State for Penny and 3 picks. Unless the trade occurred on Vince's draft night, then that doesn't make sense to me since Vince was drafted by Golden State and traded to Toronto for Jamison

According to basketball-reference.com:

November 17, 1994: Traded by the Golden State Warriors to the Washington Bullets for Tom Gugliotta, a 1996 1st round draft pick (Todd Fuller), a 1998 1st round draft pick (Vince Carter) and a 2000 1st round draft pick (Chris Mihm).
So how did this Vince Carter oddity happen?

Carter was drafted by the Warriors and promptly traded for Antawn Jamison who was drafted one or two picks later by Toronto.

I know Golden State basically got their picks back from Washington when they shipped Webber off and so I'm guessing they were able to give the lesser of their two picks any given year to Orlando which is probably why the reference shows some guys as being on both teams.
