that's just my opinion though. Kenny needs to pull his head out of the ground and start playing ball.

Considering Shareef has predominantly been playing against the other team's scrubs, he has hardly been impressive...and if he doesn't get used to the tightness of the traveling calls, he's going to create a lot of turnovers for us.

Like it or not, Kenny seems to fit Musselman's system a bit better. As far as who I want to see start...I think it's a wash. Neither one is going to put us over the top.

I will say, Shareef arguing a call so vociferously in a pre-season game bugged me. I got so tired of him seemingly whining and complaining on almost every single call, non-call last year. That just irks me.

This has to be one of the worst training camp battles of all time right now -- neither guy is doing anything. So until one guy or the other wakes up from his summer nap, I am just going to stick with my original opinion that KT is a better fit for the starting lineup and frees up shots for the other guys. But sheesh, if I had never seen anybody play before, I think I'd be arguing for starting Corliss as a 6'5" PF and backing him up with an undrafted rookie free agent from Wyoming.

Corliss has looked like gold this preseason. its because he actually moves without the ball.

The only reason Kenny is starting is because of his ability to rebound. If he isn't rebounding like he has the past few games he is worthless and SAR should get the starting nod.

During preseasn, rookies play like it's the playoffs. During preseason veterans play like it's the preseason. Even Shareef and Kenny aren't crazy enough to kill themselves in the preseason when they both know they're going to get minutes no matter what happens.

I will put it this way. KT brings nothing to the table but rebounding. Sure that souds good with the starters as the role player. but if you think about it his offense would be a tad better in a true running game with playmakers giving him the ball. Our starters look for their shot or set plays for them. So With SAR in with the starters he would bring more post offense if Muss wants to have Brads perimeter game a focal point of the offense. I feel like with SAR in the post Ron would have someone to dump off to when he drives the lane that can finish.

On a side note Mo Taylor looks more lost on the court than any other player I have seen in recent years.

So far they both look like garbage in my opinion. Makes you really appreciate Chris Webber so much more.

That's actually what I'm hoping for with the way these guys have played...

I was impressed by both these guys against Utah tonight. That starting line-up won't work against all teams but it is an interesting option.

Though I was more impressed with 'Reef's starting performance tonight than either of K-9's this preseason

Is it just me or was Kenny Thomas MUCH more impressive when he was first traded to Sacramento? What happened to THAT Kenny Thomas? I remember him playing pretty well on a consistent basis and actually having an outside shot.
