Welcome Maxime Raynaud

10 yr vet minimum is about 3.5 million. That seems fair for Lyles (drafted 2015)
I might be willing to go up to 5 million for VERY important reason. Lyles arguably only current player on the Kings proven enforcer. Every NBA team needs at least ONE tough hombre who won't back down when needed. Especially true with Kings "soft" reputation.

Outside of this one lone episode where Trey flipped out, I wouldn’t really think of him as an “enforcer”. I mean in general he’s a book loving nice guy.

I really don't want to play Eubanks/Lyles over Jones/Maxime. I don't think those players are better, I thought Jones earned every minute last year and more. If we don't add any real names, I really hope those 2 are getting burn day 1.
The bench is soo much more exciting than the starting lineup to me.
Carter/Monk - Keon - Nique - Jones - Maxime

I really want to see that group of 5 just give energy and hustle.

Lyles is definetly better than the others

I thinknhe has a very Markannen style to his game. Could be an ideal pairing next to sabonis as he can actually jump and is long enough to be a reasonable off side shot blocker (though not known for defensive chops). Give him 2 years and i think he could be special offensive.

I think I heard something about the Stanford Coaches were telling Maxime to avoid blocking shots. He was too important for his scoring to sit with foul trouble. Bot towards the end of the season they unleashed him and his BPG went way up.

Has anyone else heard this and can you provide stats?

Dude looks so put together. What 22-year talks about balance in life? Another high character pick by Phil Jabour and team.
Totally agree with this sentiment, and is an example of someone I would want my kids to emulate; however, I think the question is whether he has enough of a nasty streak in him, or if he'll get pushed around in the NBA. I preface, I know nothing about college basketball anymore, but physicality seemed to be the knock against him in college. Will be very interesting to see how he competes in summer league.
