Deebo out again is just scary. We aren’t a bad team at all - it’s just literally impossible to gain chemistry and momentum with guys in and out every other game smh
Ugh they need to figure it out because if this lingers all year, we’re done before we can even get started. There’s still a chance to turn it around so i won’t go all doom and gloom just yet… but this sucks. At least it's a muscle. I would assume any imaging on a potentially bad back would have already been known.
Reminds me of back in the day when we discovered how much guys like Maurice Evans could help.Isaac Jones is going to get a chance to show us what he’s got over the next month. Have to assume his minutes go up even with Jae coming in

Signing another old timer. Father Time waits for no one.
Jae signed most likely cause Trey out 3-4 weeks, plus Deebo out Wed with back again
Bring Skal the savior up at least.
While I have high hopes for Jae Crowder, It feels like it’s a desperation move. Just plugging a hole. Not unlike the signing of Doug McDermott. Lyles goes down so they bring in an aging veteran that by all accounts wasn’t getting it done in Milwaukee. Perhaps due to his injury, perhaps just age catching up with the thirty four year old. At 6’6” he’s hardly what we need. It appears that that is all that is left in the market. Why didn’t we sign him a couple of months ago when he came in for workouts? Apparently he wasn’t good enough then, but now he is? I don’t know, but it sure seems like we’re grasping at straws here….might be too little too late.
I just don’t like the move honestly. Defensively - The Kings need more length/athleticism - Not toughness/physicality which Crowder provides. He doesn't solve anything; he's like a Mini (and worse version of) Lyles. I guess you could plug him in easier 'cause of that but it's not the kind of switch up they need from the backup forward spot in my opinion.
Crowder is the exact sort of wing defender archetype everyone's been clamoring for. He's like 6 years too old, but he's at least that archetype. He's the precursor to like a Mikal Bridgs/OG Anunoby type.
Every team would love to have such a thing. Laker fans are moaning about that right nowIs there seriously not in the whole of the G League a big ultra athletic wing/PF the Kings can try.
They have AD , Rui and Vando even LeBron still at this stage fits into thatEvery team would love to have such a thing. Laker fans are moaning about that right now
Vando is hurt, and AD is the only one that plays defense for them but you’re not wrong. Just saying damn near everyone is looking for the kind of big we so desperately needThey have AD , Rui and Vando even LeBron still at this stage fits into that
