I think you have to take summer league with a grain of salt, but that said, Pooh was probably one of, if not the best Pt guard in summer league. How that translates to the NBA, we'll see. But he's really improved his outside shot. He's always had tremendous speed, which runs in the family. His sister is a world class sprinter.

I think his role on the Kings will be as a change of pace PG. There will be games where the usual suspects can't get it going and then Jeter will get his chance to shine.
