Training camp invitees...?

So far I count only 3 training camp invitees but somewhere I think there are one or two more. To begin I have:

Trent Lockett, 6-5 SG who played for Kings in summer league, VG at both ends
C.J.Aiken, 6-8 SF also from summer league, skinny kid, long arms
DeQuan Jones, 6-8 SF who played some for the Heat after leaving Univ of Miami, def minded

Am I missing someone?
EDT: Roster has been announced. See post #15 below... VF21

On monday, Oct 7 Kings.com discusses 3 invitees, Jones, Ndaiye and Heath but no mention of Lockett.

Just a gut feeling, but I'd be surprised is they don't add at least three more players, bringing the total to 20. That would give them 4 teams they can put on the floor at the same time (two courts) for a scrimmage. Not a necessity, but nice to have.

Probably too early for this, but any idea who are Reno guys will be? I assume Ray Mac and Lockett. Any ideas on the third?

Since we now own the Reno franchise that suggests a certain blurring of the lines between Reno/practice squad at the NBA level. We only have at max 15 NBA contracts to hand out, but the organization is effectively going to be employing at least 24 basketball players this year.

Here we are 36 hr away from start of training camp and we don't know who are the invitees other that these 3. Curious and not keeping fans informed. Oh well.

I've seen several tweets today that Josh Howard is looking for a camp invite. If I'm the kings, I'd give him a look. Apparently he worked out for a couple of teams, including the Spurs, and he looked healthy. He's still young, and he's someone that still has potential. Its not like were solid at the SF position.

With the way we've gone about bringing in no-name cheap players year after year you'd think we already had a solid starter at that position. Bringing in James Johnson and Luc Mbah a Moute doesn't exactly scream "WE NEED A GOOD SF"

Just out, the remainder of our camp invites:

and apparently we're also giving Michael Sweetney another chance at the league:

I can see some resemblance between Sweetney and Shaq! Could be a solid addition. Or at least a big addition...

Well since they are stating out on the UCSB campus (where my lovely step daughter goes to school) perhaps they just plan on picking up a few stray guys off of the Gaucho squad ;0

I kind of like Nate Garth, and Kyle Bosell. Bosell is a very good shooter, and only 6'2". He fits right in!:(

Jones and Ndiaye are some low level (VERY low level) defensive minded NBA scrubs with a little seasoning, so a step above the pure what the hell why not invites like Lockett, but still longshots. Kind of a little reminiscent of Petrie's approach again, where the real roster is all offense, but you invite a couple of defensive scrubbies to camp to say that you tried. Its another year where we have more than enough guaranteed deals to make the haves and the have nots pretty clear. Difference here I guess is that with the Reno ownership, we might be able to offer any of the nots who fall short a job if they're not convinced they can catch on with somebody else.

Ndiaye was on Kings training camp roster last fall. Shotblocking but not much game, Seemed lost,

Both are non-guaranteed training camp contracts. Aldrich is much better player and has a better game. So......

well I am sure am glad we are zeroing in on our lack of size and defensive stopping ability up front

Brandon was a big time scorer at SDSU but can't find specifics as to why he has not gotten onto an NBA team. I think something is afoot on the trade front as to why 4 PG and 4 SG as well as 5 SF in camp, one of which is Fish who can play the 1, 2 or 3. But then again thats what training camp is, a trial/tryout with lots of game conditions.

I watched Heath play up close at SDSU. He was about 6'2 back then. I remember he was really quick and could make tough shots. A few NBA analysts had him on their honorable mentions list of players that just missed the draft.

Do you guys know of any beat writers on twitter who are reporting on the kings training camp? I'd like to know who's having a good and who isnt
