Trade with Hornets...

Since the team is in a rebuild phase, and John's stock probably won't be higher than it is now, I was wondering what people thought about dealing for another prospect.

Here's the trade:

Salmons and Sheldon for Mo Pete and Julian Wright.

Peterson and Salmons have the same length left on their deals, but Peterson gets paid a bit more. This deal, however, is primarily for Wright. Sheldon is an expiring deal and he wasn't going to be resigned anyway. Wright is a second year player who is a good defender and athletic finisher. He has range out to the 3 point line, and is similar to Donte in size.

I'd love to get Wright, but we have to get more than Wright for Salmons.

Not sure if Salmons is enough to get Wright at this point. If the Hornets feel as though Salmons can play this well in NO, then they may be tempted to do this. I'd certainly like this to happen, I'm a fan of his.
