Just sucks. Not only is summer fading and giving way to cooler nights, there is absolutely NOTHING to talk about in regards to the Knigs. No big moves, no solidification of the roster. Just have to wait until October 4th and let the pre-season start and go from there. Just venting.

But I agree on the Kings front September is pretty much the offest of the offseason.

-I've tried watching and getting into the Monarchs, and I just haven't been able to do it. It just doesn't do it for me like the men's game.

They don't show very many NBA games in my part of the world, and strangely they've started to televise WNBA games. I appreciate it, in the end, it's basketball.

Fall is great, except of course, for the miserable Kings hiatus.

Thank God that it is cooling off! This Summer kicked my butt. It's mid-September, and grapes are being harvested. Wine is being fermented. Hunting and fishing seasons are here. Air quality is improving. I am racking up firewood for the Winter, and all my little forest friends (as my wife puts it) are also getting ready for winter. The leaves are changing colors.

Fall is cool.

You should have been a fan back in the old days. At least nowadays we have things to look forward to...instead of simply hoping we might not suck as bad as the year before.

I love all seasons. They all have their great attributes as they all have their negativities.

Winter: CHRISTMAS TIME BABY! That's probabaly the best part for me besides staying in for some video games. I would prefer outdoor activities so I hate the rain aspect.
Spring: the best part is BASKETBALL PLAYOFFS, and everyone is into playing ball and the weather is perfect. The only bad thing is I have school lol.
Summer: what can I say? Its the best time of the year. No school, parties, staying up late, doing whatever u want. The only thing is even though I love the heat, its unbearable at times.
Fall: FOOTBALL FOOTBALL FOOTBALL! Other than that, school starts again, it gets late faster which both suckof course. Thanksgiving and holloween are big pluses.

For the basketball topic, it has been pretty frustrating with nothing going on. We'll just have to wait for the season st start. I'm pretty sure we'll be very exciting of course. Being contenders will be a wait and see thing.

OK, I guess for those who don't work. I have to spend a lot of time outside for my job (thankfully it has been getting less and less the last couple years) and I absolutely HATE the summertime compared to the rest of the year....

The other 3 seasons are great, summer is just so hot and boring.

Warm Summer nights does not exactly capture the reality of Fresno in Augest... waiting untill 1 am for the thermometer to get back in to double digits, waking up at 5 am to still wrm side walks and 90 degree temp...
