I just love Smith's enthusiasm for his part. And well, his penchant for kissing, well, EVERYBODY..
I'm not sure I want the Doctor's name revealed either. Can't wait for the finale.
Who or What do you think Clara is?

Less Doctor, more companion!

Clara is a sweetie, and I like her personality, but I'm still a fan of Amy Pond. Amy wore hot pants, why not Clara?

Not sure how I feel about the Doctor's name being revealed, though. Random ramblings for sure, but I'm excited to see the season finale.
Me, too. I know we always have the specter of new companions and a new doctor hanging over our heads, but Amy and Rory just seemed so right, along with River, of course.

I don't want the doctor's name revealed> He is THE DOCTOR. Anything else destroys the ties to the past IMHO - and I've been watching this show since it ran on KVIE a long, long time ago.

Oh, and by the way, I like bow ties. Bow ties are cool. :)

If you insist...here's Doctor and Donna! ;) The-Doctor-and-Donna-the-doctor-donna-8412203-800-600.jpg

Thought I'd picked up a can of Del Monte's canned Citrus Fruit Salad at Walmart yesterday. Just broke it out to have after lunch, and realized that I got straight Red Grapefruit, instead.

My 13 year old daughter told me that her friends think I'm cool. (Probably because I'm young, who knows?)
Why do I suddenly feel like this lady?

The synopsis for the upcoming season says there might be a regeneration half-way through the 2013-2014 season, which will be split much like this year. I'm not ready to say goodbye to Matt Smith by any means.

I know what you mean.

BTW, am I the only one who watches each episode and DVRs it so I can watch it a second time to catch what I might have missed?

This one starts a little off: when I first saw it on another message board, I was like, "What the hell? Why would you post something like this?" And I don't even like animals. It appears to turn out alright in the end, though.

I'm going to post the .gif, here, because 1) I'm kind of a sick puppy, and 2) if you watch it through to the end, it it seems to turn out okay. That said, because of the shock value, I'm going to enclose the .gif in nested {spoiler} tags, AND I'm going to tell you what happens. So, if you read the description, and still look at the picture, I'd better not hear any grief about it:

It's a .gif of a deer getting hit by a bus, from the perspective of the bus' onboard security camera. The deer is okay; it goes through the bottom (?) of the windshield, and walks off on its own power.

I've seen that. Remarkable.

Our old Miss Esmeralda Kitty had to see the emergency vet tonight to treat a ruptured abcess on her backside. Thank you Sunset Animal Hospital and Dr. Wolfe for staying late and treating our sweet old girl. It's not life-threatening, just really smelly and nasty until she got cleaned up. She was given an anti-biotic shot, so we just need to apply warm compresses 3 times a day to help it heal. There's a chance she might have hyperthyroidism, but we won't know until her blood work comes back.
