I mean, I don't see it, either. Comma, but... it is kinda ****ed up how we kill WWE for not creating new stars, and then they try, and then we're like, "Oh, we didn't mean you."
I don’t even dislike Theory … he’s just not there in this current form. He’s a good character away from it though, and he’s showed he can do solid character work as the idiot son of The Way.
Selfie taking cocky dude ain’t it though.
The second Adam Pearce announced Theory as the 8th participant in the match, I immediately knew that he was going to win the match. And I suspect that most, if not all, of the other fans who were also in attendance last night knew that he was going to win the match. The match, for the most part, did
NOT go over well with the live crowd. The beginning most certainly did not. And the end of the match
DEFINITELY did not go over well with the live crowd. We all hated it.
Street Profits vs Usos was a
FUN match all around. Crowd was into it pretty much from the opening bell. I was pulling super hard for the Street Profits to end up on top, knowing full well that the Usos were going to be walking out of Las Vegas as the champs.
What I did
NOT know full well, however, was the fact that not only would Liv Morgan end up winning what was hands down my favorite match of the entire night, but she would then go on to cash in her opportunity and become Smackdown Women's Champion!!! That was a great moment to have been a part of, and the crowd was definitely super stoked to not only see Liv win the ladder match, but to also go on and cash in her opportunity and become champion. Liv definitely was the one who I was most wanting to see win the ladder match, but I fully expected to see someone else come out on top (Becky Lynch being the obvious choice, but I also thought that they may have given it to someone like Alexa, or maybe Raquel Rodriguez just to be able to give her a nice little push). So when she won, the WWE fan in me marked out, and was super stoked.
Overall, a fun PPV to watch, and I am glad that I was able to get a ticket so I could watch it in person.
PS: Holy H-E-Double Hockey sticks is the pyro
LOUD!!! Not even my earplugs could save me from slightly jumping at various points in the evening. The most unexpected one coming during Riddle's entrance, when he jumped over the ropes and into the ring.
