It is weird that a matchup of champions featured someone who’s only defended the belt once in the past three months since winning it and that one time was against the person she won it from and featured (botched) interfeeence.
They should totally bring back the jobber SS match for the pre-show: they can give some lower-card guys a PLE payday and maybe "soft launch" debut a callup from NXT. Hell, they could even pull the classic Bad News Brown Survivor Series™ spot, because it would make sense in kayfabe, with none of the heels having any history of teaming together.
