At least now, assuming he stays sane, we have a cornerstone in Artest. But while guys like Brad (especially with his friendship with Ron) and Mike and Cisco and Martin are all guys who are likely kept, there are no guarantees, and I think aside from Ron there is not another single piece on this roster that you 100% bring back, and that includes Rick as well. This year's "vision" for the team did not work, at least partially because it was half-assed. Need to actually develop a whole new idea of what we should look like and then go execute it. And if 6 guys return. Great. If its only 2. Still great. Just so long as the end result makes sense as a coherent whole and we walk into training camp knowing who we are, how we have to play to win, and what we are trying to accomplish.

Half-assed is right. We all should've gotten a clue with the season opening loss to NOK.

I just can't see the Kings continuing with Adelman next year at all. We can't "develop a whole new idea of what we should look like..." with the same staff/organization, let alone the same mix of players.

No kidding. Playoffs are just like the ASB, but longer. I don't need all those show offs showing off. The regular season is the real season as far as I am concerned.
