I figure that this is pretty irrelevant since the team is as good as gone but just in case there is something behind the possibility of a lawsuit from Sacramento against Anaheim and the move falls apart, here is a story detailing how the possibilities for a Vegas arena just got hammered.
Arena Skeptic was right that it went to legislature this month but instead of passing, it got hammered. Apparently, they will pass this on to the voters next year. It won't stand a chance when it goes to voters so if Anaheim miraculously falls apart, there is one less possible suitor out there.
