Even though i wasn't exactly against trading kevin, as long as the deal was right (and im not so sure it is yet) i feel bad... I do like Kevin alot and its sad to see a nice guy like him go after he's endured all that crap with us for those last few years.
 
Martin will absolutely thrive with the Rockets, my 2nd team.
A Brooks/Martin duo will be lots of fun in the playoffs.

Lot of money comming off the books. Lets hope Petrie can pull something off this off season.
 
My favorite Kings player is now a Rocket so now I put REKE as numero uno and as for McGrady, well maybe they keep him, who knows, I think they use him to dump even more players somewhere else. THANKS TO KEV, he deserves to be on a playoff team, he's a BALLER!
 
Well if it had to happen, I'm glad he was put on a good team. With a coach he knows and likes. It is always hard from a Fan perspective to see a home-grown product leave, but we will see. This trade doesn't immediately strike me as lopsided, and Landry is a nice piece to have. At least he can finish around the basket. So long Kevin, hopefully you get some playoff experience this year. Wouldn't mind seeing you win a title.

To Kevin Martin, thanks for all the memories. I've always liked you as a King, even as a rookie back in 04. You were the only bright spot for this team for a some time. Now's just time to move on. Good luck with the rest of your career and help Houston get some wins in the playoffs!

I am incredibly sad, Kevin, because I will miss seeing you here in Sacramento. Having said that, I am thrilled for you that you will get to play under Adelman again and a chance to play with a playoff bound team. I know this was the right move to make, both for you and for the Sacramento Kings.

It's been a very fun ride, watching you grow and work into a fantastic player has been a joy.

I'll always root for your success, while I wanted you traded it was purely because I felt it would be best for the team...so I wish you luck and am happy you can finally be with a contending team.

Martin was definitely my favourite king for his time that he was here..other then Artest of course:p
He will be missed, but its time to move on and start thinking about a championship. Good luck Kevin.
